Had a great experience with Big Bear. They helped us every step of the way and installed the roof very quickly. Professional all the way through. They provided drone footage of the roof after installation during the follow-up. That was a nice touch and extremely useful.
Have never had 100% satisfaction from a big company in every step of process, from the first day of quoting me a price to the end and completion of the job. The completion was ahead of the scheduled completion date. Big Bear explained everything in detail, especially the salesman who did the quote. The install crew came a day early and politely asked if they could start project and finished job early. They cleaned up the worksite very good. As I said evry aspect of process is 5 Stars out of 5 for sure.

Macon Watkins is the person you need to request, if you want a fair quote, knowledgeable of his products, courteous behavior and constantly making sure you’re informed step by step of the entire Shingles and Gutters installation process. He always made himself available for questions and he immediately returned my phone calls. I am so appreciative of his hard work and constantly making sure I was satisfied. They weren’t booked out numerous weeks which was wonderful since April brings a lot of showers. I had expressed my concern to Macon that I wanted the job completed as soon as possible due to possible heavy rain in April. Macon consulted James, manager over the crew for the installation of the shingles and gutters, to request the job to be done asap. James did an awesome job scheduling the installation of the shingles and gutters asap. Both of these gentlemen never fail to answer my calls and questions about the job. They both did everything humanly possible to ensure I was satisfied with the job. Many thanks to Big Bear Roofing, especially Macon and James! S/N The cleanup crew was awesome.
