When you submit your name, email address, phone number, or property address through any form on RooFlowAI, you consent to the following uses of that information:

• Delivering your requested roof inspection report or assessment.
• Contacting you regarding your roof inspection results, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Sharing your information with our vetted network of licensed roofing contractors in your area so they can contact you with relevant offers, inspections, or estimates.
• Improving our AI models, services, and platform features using anonymized or aggregated data.
• Sending you service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing updates from RooFlowAI.

4. Sharing with Our Roofer Network

By submitting a form on RooFlowAI, you expressly authorize us to share your contact information (name, email, phone, property address) with roofing contractors in our partner network who service your area. These contractors may contact you by phone, email, or text message to discuss your roof inspection, provide estimates, or offer related services. RooFlowAI screens its contractor partners but is not responsible for the independent actions of third-party contractors.

5. Use of Data to Improve Our Services

We use the data you provide — including property addresses, roof assessments, and interaction data — to train and improve our AI models and service quality. This data may be used in anonymized or aggregated form for research, analytics, and product development. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Accuracy of Reports

Our AI-generated roof reports are based on aerial and satellite imagery analysis and are intended as a preliminary assessment only. They do not replace a professional in-person inspection. RooFlowAI makes no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of any report and is not liable for decisions made based on our assessments.
