He didn't take a pushy sales approach and always respected my opinions and decisions. At the same time, he offered valuable suggestions when I needed them, including helping me think through my roof and gutter color selections. I always felt that he was giving me his professional opinion while still allowing me to make the final decision about what I wanted for my home. When installation day arrived, Richie, Bill, Juan, the roofing crew, and the gutter crew were all great to work with. Everyone was professional, the work was completed thoroughly, and they did an excellent job cleaning up my property when the project was finished. I'm extremely happy with how my new roof and gutters turned out. After meeting with more than five roofing companies (and collecting a little stress along the way), Richie felt like a blessing from the start. A snowstorm kept him from seeing my roof in person, but he still pulled satellite images and had a quote to me the very next day—talk about dedication! From that point on, he answered my million questions (and then a million more), replied to my early-morning messages without complaint, and checked in often just to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. When rain delays pushed our schedule back, he stayed in touch so I always knew what was happening behind the scenes. Roof day came and the Ramos crew showed up early, ready to work, even with a car in my yard that couldn’t be moved—they worked around it like pros and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Watching the team put the roof on my house turned out to be such an interesting experience for me. They were careful through the entire process, answered every concern I had, and handled little touch-ups without hesitation. Everyone was kind, hardworking, and truly professional. Richie was consistently on site, taking photos and videos, explaining every step, and even coming back later for follow-ups. He brought his drone out to capture progress shots and somehow turned it into a highlight for my 3-year-old, who got a turn flying it (still can’t believe he trusted us with that thing!).
